The traditional recipe is time consuming as it requires us to make a roti like dough, fry small pieces of the dough, cool and then powder them in a blender. The powdered churma is then mixed with sugar,nuts and ghee and formed into laddoos. This Instant recipe of churma/choorma laddoo eliminates the need to make a dough and to deep fry and then grind them.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour/Atta
- 1 1/4 cup fine semolina/sooji/rava
- 1/2 cup Laddoo Besan/Jada Besan/thick granular gramflour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup ghee/2 sticks unsalted butter(coconut oil or any oil for a vegan option)
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/8 tsp green cardamom powder/elaichi powder
- 4-6 tbsp COLD MILK
- 2 tbsp ghee(oil for a vegan option)
